5. Registraion, Usernames and Passwords
5.1. By registering here and creating your “Semantic Software Profile”, you can access different services that are offered by us without having to register for each service separately. If a service you wish to subscribe to has additional terms, you will be asked to accept these separately.
5.2. Your personal details can be updated by accessing your account on your “Semantic Software Profile” page and making the necessary changes. This will update your details across all services to which you have subscribed.
5.3. We may require you to register a username and password to permit you to access certain sections of the website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username and password and all use or activity that occurs on your account, including unauthorised use or activity.
5.4. You must promptly notify SSAP if there is any unauthorised use of your username or password.
5.5. SSAP will not be responsible for any losses arising out of the unauthorised use of your username or password.
5.6. By creating your “Semantic Software Profile” you agree that you will not pass yourself off as someone else or create multiple, false accounts.
5.8. Your account can be deactivated by contacting your system administrator or our customer services department. Their details can be found under “contact us” on Semantic Software Administrator page.

6.1. This website may contain links to third party websites. These websites are not under the control of SSAP and we are not responsible for the condition, the content or currency of any linked websites.
6.2. Links to third party websites are provided solely for your convenience and do not indicate, expressly or impliedly, any endorsement by SSAP of the websites or the products or services provided in them. Nor does SSAP endorse, approve or recommend the owners or operators of the linked websites.

7. Collection of Information and Privacy
